Payment can be made by debt card online or You can use Paypal to spread the cost over their interest free payment plan.
All Courses are non refundable. All courses are strictly non-refundable and we require 21 days notice to change your course dates. Payment is required in full at the time of booking. Please call Freephone 07920836504 to speak with someone regarding payment options.
Should you have a discount voucher, please ensure you apply this at the time of making payment as these cannot be applied once payment has been made. Please note we reserve the right to amend course prices or run promotions at any time, without prior notice. Once a booking is made, the price paid is final and no price difference can be refunded in the event of a later course price reduction.
The Dermaesthetics beauty academy is unable to offer refunds for cancellations outside of our control, i.e. adverse weather conditions, terrorist attacks etc. The Academy is not responsible for any loss of income, accommodation/travelling costs students may incur due to the cancellation of courses.
Date Changes
An alternative training date will be offered if 21 days notice is given or In the event you cannot attend your course due to needing to Covid test or self-isolate, you will be offered free rescheduling upon producing an official NHS text or email notification confirming a booked test, positive test result or NHS Test & Trace notification of required self-isolation dated to coincide with the booked training date. Training will not be refundable, but rebookable to the next training date once you are free from symptoms and isolation.
Cancellation Policy
We have a strict 21 day notice cancellation policy in place to change your course but no refund will be offered. When you book a course we enter into a contract that you agree to turn up on time for the course booked.
Failure to turn up for the course without the prior 21 days notice or any notice you will loss your course fees.
Failure to pass your course
If for any reason you do not pass your course no refund will be given. You may sent an email giving your reason to reject this decision to info@dermaeasthetics-ba.co.uk
